St Luke’s offers specialist palliative care for people aged 18 and over from across the Sheffield region after diagnosis with a life-limiting illness, be that end stage neurological, heart, kidney or lung conditions, cancer, HIV, dementia or another incurable illness.
Their expert specialist care, advice and support can be delivered to patients in their own homes where they often feel most comfortable or on our 24 hour In Patient Centre.
St Luke’s Patient and Family Support service offers patients access to physio and occupational therapy, wellbeing and creative therapies, social work and chaplaincy or spiritual support for all faiths and none.
St Luke’s services work to improve quality of life and help patients to live independently for as long as possible. This service is also available to the families of patients to offer them much needed support.
