Weston Park has held many events over the years and it is the intention that the restored park will once again host a range of different cultural events, many of which will be arranged in conjunction with the Weston Park Museum.

Your Weston Park

Over summer 2007 we have collected many of your memories and old photographs of Weston Park.

These are now available in the 'Your Weston Park' booklet, which is free. If you would like a copy please contact the Project Team on 0114 2734579.

Brass Band Concerts

The Friends of Crookes Valley and Weston Park organised a very successful 2007 season of concerts in the park, despite the changeable weather.

The 2008 season should be a joy to behold as the bands will be able to use the newly restored bandstand.

Next year there will also be new chairs the spectators to watch the bands in comfort and we are hoping to have more concerts for everyone to enjoy.

Throughout the year

The Park Rangers hold a number of events throughout the year across Sheffield. A Programme is available from all libraries or details can be found on the Sheffield City Council website.
